Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited is the Developer of Arena Residences, a Freehold project in District 14 of Singapore.

Listed on the SGX Mainboard in 2008, Roxy-Pacific is a property and hospitality group focusing in the Asia-Pacific region. Its principal business activities are the development of residential and commercial properties.

On the commercial side of business, Roxy-Pacific is synonymous with its two landmark properties – The Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel and Roxy Square Shopping Centre. These two commercial properties are located at Katong, an area in the East Coast region of Singapore steeped in history.

With regards to residential properties development, since its establishment in May 1967, Roxy-Pacific has carved out a niche in the development of mostly freehold, small to medium-sized residential projects, mainly aimed at clientele of middle to upper middle income segment.

The track record of Roxy-Pacific in the  development of residential properties include Liv On Sophia, Whitehaven, Studios @ Tembeling, Jupiter 18 and Haig 162.

Roxy-Pacific has plans to launch two Freehold projects in January 2019 – a District 9 luxurious development at River Valley named RV Altitude, and a District 11 project situated in Novena known as Fyve Derbyshire.

In April, the developer will launch another freehold project at District 10 named Wilshire Residences. The project is located on the former site of The Wilshire, which is at 30 Farrer Road.

The latest new launch of Roxy-Pacific is Neu At Novena, a freehold condo just 4 minutes walk from Novena MRT.
